One home for projects, devlogs and the next steps

plugmil.dev is becoming the shared development journal for PlugPT, mains.gg, PlugMail and the wider PLUG ecosystem.

The project overview now includes the three web services. The roadmap separates current work, next steps and longer-term direction. Devlogs have their own index, while existing blog posts keep their URLs.

A public view of growth

The Growth page brings aggregate Cloudflare reach and existing Supabase product signals together. It shows a current world map, a daily trend and an exportable daily table, so the development record can be assessed over time.

It publishes only aggregate signals. Individual activity, financial records, access credentials and detailed operational diagnostics are not published on this blog. A deliberately published monthly financial snapshot is available on the transparency page.

What comes next

Future development updates will record concrete changes and what was checked. The roadmap records the current direction; the projects page is the entry point to each service. The services remain in active development.
