Privacy
This site is static. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, no comment form, no analytics script, no advertising network, and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner.
What is processed
The site is served by Cloudflare. Delivering a page necessarily processes the request data every web server sees: IP address, timestamp, requested path, referrer and user agent. Cloudflare processes this to deliver the site and to defend it against attack, on the basis of a legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain. No request leaves for Google Fonts or any other third party while the page loads.
Outbound links
Links to GitHub, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord and plugmail.net are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those services until one is followed, at which point that service’s own privacy policy applies.
Projektanfragen über das Formular
Das Kontaktformular verarbeitet Name oder Unternehmen, E-Mail-Adresse, gewählten Leistungsbereich und Nachricht, um die Anfrage zu beantworten und einen möglichen Auftrag vorzubereiten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. b DSGVO; bei anderen Anfragen Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO). Der Datenschutzhinweis wird vor dem Absenden angezeigt; die Bestätigung ist keine Einwilligung in Werbung.
Cloudflare übermittelt die Nachricht an das Gmail-Postfach von Jamil Dentel, litbitrim@gmail.com. Name, E-Mail und Nachricht sind damit bei Cloudflare und Google als beteiligten Dienstleistern verarbeitet. Die Nachricht bleibt im Postfach nur so lange gespeichert, wie die Bearbeitung und gegebenenfalls gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten es erfordern. Bitte keine Passwörter oder vertraulichen Kundendaten senden.
Zur Verhinderung von Missbrauch und doppeltem Versand speichert der Kontaktendpunkt für höchstens 24 Stunden eine Anfrage-ID, Zeitpunkt, Versandzustand und mit einem geheimen Schlüssel gebildete Prüfsummen der IP-Adresse, E-Mail und Anfrage. Nachrichtentext und unverschlüsselte Besucheradressen werden in diesem Speicher nicht abgelegt. Diese Sicherheitsverarbeitung beruht auf Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO.

Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR apply, as does the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests go to info@plugmil.dev.
